How to Change the Date or Format of Your PPTQ

We've identified an error with updating PPTQ information in WER. WER will allow changes to the date and format, but those changes are only saved on your computer. Wizards will not be notified, and our Store and Event Locator will not show the updated information.

If you need to change the date or format of your PPTQ, please contact your Retail Support representative and we'll be happy to discuss it.

If you have already changed your PPTQ information, those changes were not saved. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so that we can make sure your players are finding accurate information online.
