Protect Yourself from Counterfeits

How should you handle suspicious sellers at your store?

You may have heard about the successful crackdown on the pockets of counterfeit Magic: The Gathering cards for sale and use.

We're constantly vigilant in our effort to protect our players, the integrity of the game, and the integrity of your inventory. But we also count on the cooperation of our business partners, like you.

Here’s how you can pitch in and do what’s best for your business at the same time:

Verify Identity

If you’re approached by a suspicious seller, verify their identity before moving forward. The more information you have, the better.

Go with Your Gut

You know what authenticity feels like, and you know how to spot a deal that’s too good to be true. Trust your experience and your instincts.

Report Suspicious Activity

Please report any suspicious activity using this form. If you find yourself in possession of counterfeit cards, they can be sent to the address below. (Please note that we will be unable to return them.)
