A store's delinquency rate is their number of unreported events from the past twelve months.
Once a certain amount of time (seven days for most events, forty-eight hours for premier play) has passed from an event's scheduled date, the system will mark it as delinquent.
To prevent events from going delinquent, simply cancel any events that did not occur.
Cancelling events does not negatively impact your WPN status.
