1. Eligibility

This contest (“Contest”) is open only to retail stores that are active members in good standing of the Wizards Play Network (“WPN”). Employees, officers, and directors of Wizards of the Coast LLC (“Wizards”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The Contest begins on the date of the Magic: The Gathering Prerelease event and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on March 12, 2026 (the “Entry Deadline”). All entries must be received by the Entry Deadline to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

To enter, WPN stores must:

• Host a Magic: The Gathering Prerelease event.
• Take photographs of the event showcasing merchandising, use of WPN Marketing Portal materials (where applicable), and any store decorations.
• Submit photographs via the designated entry form (https://askwpn-na.wizards.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=46652761975059) no later than one week after the Prerelease event.

No purchase of additional materials is required to enter or win.

4. Submission Requirements

By submitting photographs, entrants represent and warrant that:

• They own all rights to the photographs submitted.
• They have obtained appropriate consent from any individuals identifiable in the photographs.
• The photographs do not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Entrants grant Wizards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and otherwise exploit the submitted photographs in connection with the Contest and related marketing activities, including publication on the Wizards Play Network website and related social media channels.

5. Judging Criteria and Selection of Winners

Entries will be judged by a panel of Wizards staff on the following criteria:

1. Creativity – originality and imaginative presentation.
2. Shoppable, Elevated Displays – clear, attractive, and accessible presentation of Wizards products.
3. Player Engagement – evidence of community involvement, enthusiasm, and interactive play experiences.

Wizards will select approximately 10–20 winners. Judging will occur within two (2) weeks after the Entry Deadline. The decisions of Wizards are final and binding in all respects.

6. Prizes

Each winning store will receive the following prize package:

• One (1) $250 Gift Card (Visa gift card preferred; alternatively, a store-specific pizza vendor gift card as determined by Wizards).
• One (1) $100 promotional marketing credit applied to the store’s Marketing Portal account, set to expire if unused by June 30, 2026.

Approximate retail value of each prize package: USD $350.

No cash substitutions will be permitted except at Wizards’ sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable. Wizards reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Notification of Winners

Winners will be notified via email and announced in an article published on the Wizards Play Network website on or about March 27, 2026. Prizes will be distributed beginning the week of March 27, 2026, and all prizes must be redeemed by April 7, 2026.

8. General Conditions

Wizards reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions or that, in Wizards’ sole discretion, is inappropriate, offensive, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit of the Contest.

Wizards is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms & Conditions and to Wizards’ decisions, which are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Wizards, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize.

10. Governing Law

The Contest and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
