How to Give Your Customers Exactly What They Want

Here's how 1 store finds out what their players really want to see at their events.

Do you know what your customers want and like? Do you know what's turning them away from your store?

Most businesses hear from only about 4% of their unhappy customers, so even if you do hear a complaint now and then, you're likely not getting the full picture.

What are you missing? Why not ask?

Survey Your Customers with This Simple Tool

Umnie Igry in Russia uses Google Forms (a free service) to collect opinions, impressions, and ideas from their regular and potential customers.

Here's a few of the questions Umnie Igry asked its players:

  • Which types of events would you attend?
  • Which days of the week do you prefer to attend events?
  • Which time works best for you?
  • Which type of Magic products do you tend to buy?
  • What suggestions do you have for improvements to our store?

After posting the survey through social media, Umnie Igry gathered the feedback into an Excel document to review. Based on this feedback, they were able to optimize their event calendar and give their customers exactly what they wanted.

Try creating a survey in Google Forms and then share it at on your Facebook page or website. It may radically change the way you think about the store and its events!
