Metric Updates

Tickets
Updated to clarify that Tickets counts each player entry in a reported in-store event. Repeat participation, multiple events on the same day, and attendees added without a Wizards Account can each contribute to the total. Your dashboard shows the last 90 days and refreshes once a day.

New Players
Updated to clarify that New Players includes players attending their first organized play event and players returning after 12 or more months away. Eligibility is based on Wizards Account activity across organized play, and each qualifying player is counted once during the 90-day period shown on your dashboard.
