Two-Headed Giant Registration Improvements

We've improved how players enroll in Two-Headed Giant events (2HG). Updates to the user interface will make it easier to register players for 2HG events. You can see how registration works by checking out the new Two-Headed Giant event registration section of the Wizards EventLink Definitive Guide.

Our Wizards EventLink updates also make teaming up for 2HG events in the Magic Companion app smoother by allowing players to join events regardless of their team composition or status.

Playoff Round Pairing Update

The algorithm for pairing players in playoff rounds like Top 8 has been updated to better align with the Magic: The Gathering Tournament Rules (MTR). Now, pairing for rounds after the quarterfinals follows the playoff bracket structure outlined in the MTR.
