AskWPN and Lorwyn Eclipsed Updates for the WPN

- The Buy-a-Box promotional card program concludes with Lorwyn Eclipsed.
- AskWPN Help Center has a fresh look and a new chatbot that answers questions and links to additional information.
- The WPN Marketing Portal (available in North America and EMEA) will update on December 1 to feature Lorwyn Eclipsed marketing materials.
- For stores in North America only, the Lorwyn Eclipsed set poster will not be included in marketing kits; instead, stores that wish to use the poster can order it through the WPN Marketing Portal at no cost.
Buy-a-Box Program Ends with Lorwyn Eclipsed
For several years, the Buy-a-Box program provided promotional cards to support booster display sales during Magic: The Gathering set launches at WPN retailers. This program evolved several times, once providing mechanically unique cards as well as expanding to include Collector Booster displays. Following careful review, this program will conclude with Lorwyn Eclipsed, the final set to provide Buy-a-Box promos.
We remain focused on investing in promotional programs and incentives that drive long-term growth and repeat play in stores. You will continue to see strong in-store support through initiatives that reward player engagement, spotlight new releases, and help you activate your local audience through in-store experiences. We will also continue testing new event structures, support, and promotions to identify and expand your store’s experiences.

The AskWPN Help Center recently introduced a refreshed design and an enhanced experience, making it easier to find information you need. We’re also testing a chatbot powered by AskWPN Help Center content to quickly answer your questions and connect you to more information.
While this makes help center content available even faster, we know some questions may need better answers. If the chatbot does not fully answer your question, please submit a ticket so we can assist and keep improving. Select WPN Policy Questions as the ticket type, then use “AskWPN Chatbot” as the subject line. Include your question and what was not clear so our team can follow up to improve the experience (and answer your question).

Lorwyn Eclipsed WPN Marketing Portal Update
On December 1, the WPN Marketing Portal will feature new Lorwyn Eclipsed marketing materials for stores in North America and EMEA. Be sure to visit your corresponding WPN Marketing Portal to see the latest materials and use any available credits (including any new credits available for WPN Premium stores).
Additionally for stores in North America only, the Lorwyn Eclipsed set poster will not be included in the seasonal marketing kit shipped directly to your store. Instead, you can order the poster through the WPN Marketing Portal to have it shipped to your store free of charge. Visit the portal on or after December 1, select the Lorwyn Eclipsed set poster (as well as any other items as normal) and submit your order. While there is no cost for the Lorwyn Eclipsed set poster, other items will require payment as usual.
