Due to logistical issues, the delivery of promo packs for The Lost Caverns of Ixalan season will be delayed. These logistical issues impact delivery globally, and the new expected delivery date varies by region.

For the U.S. and Canada, promo packs will arrive shortly after the release of The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. For all other regions, the promo packs are expected to arrive at your store between early December and January.

Stores in regions outside of North America will be sent promo packs from previous set releases that you may use to support your events until you receive your promo packs for The Lost Caverns of Ixalan. Depending on the number of promo packs you receive to offset your delay, you may be sent fewer The Lost Caverns of Ixalan promo packs, as you will need fewer to cover the rest of the season.

We understand this delay may result in disappointment from your community, and we are working with our production teams to mitigate this issue for future seasons.

We encourage you to take advantage of showcasing other promo cards and promotional items to advertise your events in the meantime. As a reminder, unless otherwise stated on the WPN Promo Usage and Policies Hub, past seasonal promos can be used to support any sanctioned Magic: The Gathering event you host at your store. Stores in North America may consider providing IOUs to their community, so they can return to receive their promo packs once you have them available.
