Retail Improvement Grants have allowed stores to make massive upgrades and catapulted businesses to WPN Premium; for example, BIG MAGIC in Japan used a Retail Improvement Grant to renovate their play space and bring it up to date to achieve a designation.

Starting today, Retail Improvement Grant applications are open for WPN stores in the following six countries:

• Germany
• Austria
• France
• Italy
• Spain
• United Kingdom

This opportunity is only open for a limited period of time—applications will close on March 27, 2023. We expect our partner to reach out to accepted applicants by April 28.

Retail Improvement Grant Details

A Retail Improvement Grant can help you pay for planned improvements to your store. If your project is accepted, we will pay 50% of your expenses, with a cap of 5.000,00€—and you don't have to reimburse us for the grant. There is no drawback to applying, and submitting your application should be at the top of your list if you're on the Path to WPN Premium.

• Have street access (if you're applying for a Construction or Remodel project)
• Be part of the WPN for a minimum of 6 months
• Meet 80% of the WPN Premium Quality Checklist requirements
• Provide a quote for work established by a professional
• Provide current photos of your space for teams to gauge the changes
• Provide POS data
• Successfully pass a secret shopper visit before and after improvements are made
• Provide a fully paid invoice
