As of June 9, 2021, the in-store play suspension in Canada, Latin America, and Japan will remain in place.
As of June 9, 2021, the in-store play suspension in Canada, Latin America, and Japan will remain in place.
The in-store play suspension will be lifted in Europe on July 2. The suspension remains lifted in the rest of Asia Pacific, Africa, and the United States.
If you can safely host Wizards-sanctioned events within local health and safety guidelines, you are free to do so once the suspension has lifted.
As the state of play evolves across the globe, we will continue making updates to our in-store play policies as needed. Going forward, updates on in-store play and metrics will be announced as changes are made rather than monthly.

We lifted restrictions around organizers taking admission fees for events run on Magic Arena and Magic Online. We have increased the maximum entry fee for both Magic Arena and Magic Online tournaments to $25.
