Custom Marketing Made Easy: The WPN Marketing Portal Comes to EMEA
Bring your store's marketing to life with customizable materials available through the new WPN Marketing Portal for EMEA.
We're excited to announce that the WPN Marketing Portal is expanding to serve WPN stores across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA)!
This easy-to-use, print-on-demand platform allows you to order official, customizable marketing materials to elevate your in-store promotions and events, showcase Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons products, and excite your community—all powered by our new partner, Solopress.
To celebrate the EMEA launch, all WPN stores in the EMEA region who register their account will receive a €65 promotional marketing credit (or equivalent in local currency) to spend in the portal. This credit expires on December 10, so be sure to use it before it's gone!
What Is the WPN Marketing Portal?
The WPN Marketing Portal is a self-service platform where WPN stores can order professional-quality marketing materials anytime, directly from an approved print partner. Following the successful rollout to stores in North America, we're now bringing its benefits to EMEA WPN stores, making it easier than ever to create impactful, branded displays for your store.
Stores in the EMEA region can visit the WPN Marketing Portal at wpn.collaterate.eu. There, you'll discover a growing catalog of high-quality, official marketing materials designed to showcase upcoming Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons releases.
Items labeled "Custom" can be personalized with your store's name, event details, or other key information, helping you tailor materials to your community.
You'll continue to receive your set marketing kits as usual; items from the WPN Marketing Portal are in addition to those materials. All materials are printed and shipped to your location by Solopress, Wizards of the Coast's trusted print partner for the EMEA region.
What You'll Find in the Portal
At launch, the portal will feature more than 80 products, many of which are translated into five languages to reach your community. You'll find a wide selection of promotional materials designed to catch your customers' attention and advertise products and events, including:
- Posters and flyers
- Hanging banners
- Free-standing tension fabric displays
- Window clings and table signage
- Sidewalk displays
- —and plenty more to explore
Marketing materials will be available for sets from Tarkir: Dragonstorm and forward, with new items added for each upcoming release. All materials are officially approved for in-store display to support your events and drive engagement with your community.
When choosing the quantity to order for each item, pricing shown is the subtotal for the entire quantity (not price per unit). Customized items include a setup charge for the first item. This means additional copies of the same custom material will cost less than the first; you'll get the best pricing on higher quantities of your customizable items.

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
How to Get Started
Logging In
To access the portal, visit wpn.collaterate.eu. Your store will receive an invitation email containing your initial login details. You'll receive the email at your registered WPN email address with the subject line:
"Sign-up to the WPN Marketing Portal"
Once you've logged in for the first time, please update your password for security.
To update your WPN Marketing Portal password:
- Select My Profile in the top navigation menu.
- Select the Account Information
- Under "Password" select the Change Password
- Enter your new password and select Save.
You control your store's login credentials and decide who has access to your account. While you may share these details with trusted team members, we recommend limiting access to owners, managers, or key administrators. Only provide login information to individuals authorized to place orders and use your store's promotional marketing credits and saved payment methods.
WPN Premium Store Benefits
Promotional marketing credits will be distributed to WPN Premium stores in the EMEA region each season. These help you refresh your signage, update your displays, and stay current with each new Magic and D&D release.
Promotional marketing credits do not roll over between seasons and will automatically apply to your cart at checkout. Any remaining balance can be paid by credit card.
Guidelines for Use
The WPN Marketing Portal is designed to help you promote products and events in your store. When using materials, please keep in mind:
- Marketing materials must be used for in-store display only and may not be resold or used as player prize support.
- Customized text should stay appropriate and relevant to your store and its events; please refrain from using custom text for jokes, vulgar language, or personal messages.
- Seasonal materials should be displayed while current; outdated pieces should be replaced as new materials become available.
- Artwork and images should not be downloaded, altered, or printed elsewhere.

WPN Marketing Portal FAQ
Q: Who has access to the WPN Marketing Portal?
A: The WPN Marketing Portal now covers stores in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in addition to those in the US, Canada, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Stores in EMEA will receive an email with information on how to sign up using the email address registered in our system. New stores will be added to the WPN Marketing Portal on a quarterly basis.
Note that if your store leaves the WPN, you will no longer retain access to the Marketing Portal. WPN Premium stores that lose WPN Premium status will retain access to the Marketing Portal for as long as they remain in the network but will no longer receive complimentary promotional marketing credits.
Q: Where can I find my login information?
A: Login information can be found in your invitation email. Look for the subject line "Sign-up to the WPN Marketing Portal" in your inbox.
If your store joins the WPN after this launch of the WPN Marketing Portal, you may not have immediate access to the WPN Marketing Portal. We add new stores in groups at intervals, and when your store is added you will receive an email with your login information.
Q: I have a question about an order I've placed. What do I do?
A: Contact Solopress with questions about orders by sending an email to wpn@solopress.com. Include your order number and related details to help us address your question.
Q: Where can I find a list of my orders and tracking numbers?
A: You can find your order history by selecting My Profile in the top navigation, and then selecting the Order History tab.
Q: I'm having trouble logging in, or I have a non-order-related question. What do I do?
A: If you're having trouble logging in, first try using the "Forgot Password" reset feature on the WPN Marketing Portal home page.
If you're still unable to log in, or if you have a question unrelated to an order, please reach out to WPN Retail Support, and we'll be happy to help.
Q: Is the Marketing Portal replacing the physical shipments of WPN marketing materials?
A: No, WPN Marketing Portal materials complement the materials your store receives in your marketing kit. These Marketing Portal offerings are designed to further enhance your store's appearance and promotional efforts with an even broader range of dynamic, impactful materials.
Q: Why is the price per item more expensive than I'd expect for a regular poster or banner?
A: These marketing materials are print-on-demand, which means your order is processed and shipped as a one-off print. Printing one item at a time is more costly but allows for customization and quicker delivery in your store.
When you are choosing the quantity to order for each item, remember that pricing shown is the subtotal for the entire quantity (not price per unit). The first item in each order includes materials and press setup charge.
Please keep in mind, you'll get the best pricing on higher quantities with your customizable items!
We believe these costs are worthwhile for your store to have custom marketing, and the costs fit with our research on what stores are currently spending. This is also why we've provided promotional marketing credits for WPN Premium stores to spend each season.
Q: Are there any complimentary items available through the WPN Marketing Portal?
A: Most products in the portal are available for purchase, though select items may be offered at no cost. WPN Premium stores receive promotional marketing credits ahead of major Magic releases, which can be used toward any eligible items in the catalog. For any remaining balance, stores can complete their orders by checking out with a credit card.
Q: Will my promotional marketing credit balance be applied automatically at checkout? Can I use a personal credit card along with my promotional marketing credit balance?
A: Yes! Go ahead and fill your cart with as many marketing materials as you like, and any available promotional marketing credits will automatically be applied. Any remaining balance in the order can be paid with a credit card.
Q: Do promotional marketing credits roll over from season to season?
A: No, promotional marketing credits do not roll over. Credits will be issued to WPN Premium stores for each new Magic set release and will eventually expire. Be sure to use up your credits each season before they expire!
You can find the expiration date for promotional marketing credits by selecting the News tab on the WPN Marketing Portal site and during the checkout process.
Q: How often can I place orders on the WPN Marketing Portal? Is it just one per season, or unlimited?
A: You may place as many orders as you'd like on the WPN Marketing Portal year-round.
Q: Can I use my WPN Marketing Portal materials as prize support or a giveaway in my store? Can I sell my marketing materials?
A: No, you may not use these materials for prizing, giveaways, or for sale. They are to be used for display and to support Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons sales and play in your store only. Please refer to our Marketing Materials Policy for more guidance.
Q: Can I download artwork images from the WPN Marketing Portal and alter them for my own purposes?
A: No, images from the portal should not be downloaded, altered, or printed elsewhere. Please refer to our Marketing Materials Policy for more guidance.
Q: How long should my WPN Marketing Portal materials be displayed in my store?
A: Seasonal materials should be displayed in your store only as long as the advertised event or product is relevant for encouraging sales. You should plan to take down older materials at regular intervals to make way for newer materials.
Evergreen materials are designed to live long term in your store and feature iconic Magic: The Gathering or D&D characters or settings that remain relevant throughout the seasons.
Q: How can I provide feedback on the portal?
A: We welcome your feedback, ideas, comments, and suggestions! You have several options for submitting feedback:
- Respond to the feedback request emails—you'll receive one after placing an order.
- Look for our survey later in the year and share your feedback there.
