About Commander Launch Party

Taking place on release weekend, Commander Launch Party is all about celebrating Magic: The Gathering®—Doctor Who™ with Commander play. Players can pick up a pre-constructed Magic: The Gathering®—Doctor Who™ deck in-store and play in at least one casual game receive a participation promo card. Players may purchase and play with multiple decks to receive multiple promos.

Launch Party is a great opportunity for players who look forward to the excitement of checking out the cards and playing Commander with friends.

Metrics Information

Metrics will be reactivated with at least 6 months' notice. At this point in time, we do not have a current anticipated date for metrics reactivation. Until the end of the grace period, promo and product allocations will be based on live metrics or the Q1 2020 metric snapshot, whichever is higher.

As always, all events reported through Wizards EventLink, including Webcam and At-Home events, will count towards play metrics: Tickets, Engaged Players, and Activated Players.
