BRAWL

Brawl is a casual, multiplayer, constructed format, similar to Commander, but using only Standard-legal cards.

STANDARD

Standard is a constructed format that allows card selection from Magic's most recent releases.

MODERN

Modern is a constructed format that allows card selection from Magic's most modernized blocks.

BOOSTER DRAFT

Booster Draft is a limited format in which players pass booster packs around the table and choose cards to construct a deck.

SEALED DECK

Sealed Deck is a limited format where players construct a deck from unopened booster packs.

COMMANDER

Commander is a casual, multiplayer, constructed format where players choose a legendary creature and build a deck around it.

TWO-HEADED GIANT

Two-Headed Giant is a two-person team format that combines with any other format such as Standard, Booster Draft, and Sealed Deck.

LEGACY

Legacy is a constructed format that allows card selection from nearly all of Magic.

VINTAGE

Vintage is a constructed format that allows card selection from all of Magic.
