Filling out your calendar for the first few months of the year is a great way to keep your player base in the know about all the great events your store is hosting. Plus, it helps keep your staff organized so you can hit the ground running in January.

As always, you can use the Event Calendar as a resource to help you keep up with what events are available to be scheduled, but today we'll cover some of the main events you can host in Q1 2023.

January Events

Dominaria Remastered WPN Premium Preview Event (WPN Premium Only)

A WPN Premium Preview Event for Dominaria Remastered will be the first opportunity players have to get their hands on this nostalgic set—schedule and run Booster Draft or Sealed events all throughout the week to allow your community to come together and celebrate the plane where it all began.

The WPN Premium Preview Event is only available to WPN Premium stores who achieved their designation status before October 28, 2022. Qualifying WPN Premium stores will receive a set allocation of Dominaria Remastered product to use for the event or as prizing.

February Events

Phyrexia: All Will Be One Prerelease

You can decorate, plan to have special celebratory snacks, or find other fun ways to help make the event memorable for your players. Commander Nights are weekly Commander games with an optional set of rotating rules, plus fun achievement-based prizes. You can find the achievements on the marketing materials page on the week of Prerelease, so you can be ready to kick off Phyrexian-themed Commander Nights achievements all season long.

Store Championship is a one-day only event that gives the lovers of competition in your community the chance to show off their skills and test their mettle among other players to earn commemorative promos. You'll receive an allotment of participation promos, eight Top 8 promos, and one First Place promo for the winner to take home.

WPN Premium stores receive an extra set of the Top-8 and Winner promos in non-foil with their store’s name printed on the card. Hand out both versions of each to qualifying players!

March Events

Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander Party (WPN Premium Only)

The Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander Party will be the third in a continuing series of Commander Party events. A Commander Party is a one-day only event where players get together to play Commander with a twist: their actions during their games alter the outcome of the story.

Only WPN Premium stores receive materials to run a Commander Party event; those materials include a map, faction cards, participation promos, and event instructions. The event instructions are designed to guide you through setup and running the event, including sections to be read aloud to players as each game progresses.
