This process starts with new stores, and our WPN Orientation.
During the first few weeks new stores are with us, we’ll go over details on our programs, promotions, how to report events, and what you need to get the most out of your WPN membership.
After Orientation ends, we’d still love to work with you, combining our resources and insights with your personal experiences. We’d love to help you create customized solutions that could grow your store and community.
In addition to phone conversations, we host industry workshops and group discussions, available to all WPN members.
With our focus on coaching stores, we may not always be available to answer immediately. So, what if you have pressing questions or need troubleshooting and you can’t reach us? Someone will still be there for you: Call our Retail Support team any time you need urgent assistance.
