WPN Premium stores deliver top-tier experiences to players and customers. When a player walks in the front door they’ll be greeted warmly and awed by the interior.

WPN Premium stores have a strong relationship with their dedicated Development Specialist, a vibrant gaming community, and above all else maintain the highest level of quality.

We measure quality on two fronts: store environment and customer service.

For Store Environment, we look at store design, housekeeping, accessibility, comfort, and amenities. A WPN Premium store offers uniform retail fixtures, professional interior design, immaculate restrooms, and much more. In short, the space should amaze.

For customer service, we evaluate: staff behavior, customer interaction, and play experience. That means staff with product knowledge and professional demeanor, a professional social media presence, and running all WPN programs to name a few factors.

On the WPN website you can find the full breakdown—our WPN Premium Quality Checklist. Before applying, stores must also hit minimum play metrics over the course of a year: 20 Activated Players, 60 Engaged Players, and 3,000 total tickets.

Premium stores receive full WPN benefits and so much more. Members can expect priority placement in the Event Locator, exclusive events, and upgraded marketing kits—including a Magic lighted sign.
