Operational Grants Can Cover Up to 50% of Your Store's Digital Upgrade

If you want to improve your website, ecommerce solutions, order processing, and more, apply for an operational grant today in two simple steps.

Retail Improvement Grants are currently available in the United States and Canada only.

The holidays are almost here, and that means online shopping season is about to kick into high gear. If your online ordering system could use a refresh, you don't have to tackle it alone—Retail Improvement Grants are here to help.

The newest category of Retail Improvement Grants, operational improvements, are designed specifically to create an organized system for online operations.

This category covers a wide range of digital storefront, website, and ecommerce solutions, like tools for managing inventory, contacting customers, running promotions, processing and shipping, and more.

In short, if you want to expand the reach of your business and better connect with your customers, this could be a huge help—these grants cover up to 50% of the cost of your improvement.

Now that you know why you should apply, let's dive into the application itself. You're just two steps away from submitting your application!

Step 1: Download and fill out the questionnaire

First things first, download the operational improvement questionnaire here.

Then, fill it out with some basic information about your store and answer a few questions about how you currently handle digital operations and how you'd like to use this grant to improve those operations.

Step 2: Send us your questionnaire

Now that your questionnaire is done, send it our way so we can review it.

Go to our Retail Improvement Grant form here.

In the subject line, write [[Store Name]]—Operational Grant Application.

In the description box, let us know how much you expect the project to cost. It's okay if the final cost ends up being different—we just need somewhere to start.

If you're planning to use the grant to update your website, add your website's URL to the description box, too.

If you're already Premium or have applied, click the checkbox.

Read the short Terms & Conditions, click the checkbox, then pick your country from the dropdown. Retail Improvement Grants are currently available in the United States and Canada only.

Finally, you'll find an area for attachments—attach that questionnaire you just filled out.

That's it! Time to hit submit.

Once we receive your application, we'll review it and forward it to Sitelines, the design agency managing the renovation projects and distributing grants. If your project is selected, you’ll work with a project manager at Sitelines to make the proposed changes to your store.

Retail Improvement Grants aren't limited to operational improvements! If you're considering new furniture, want to improve your branding, or are ready for a complete overhaul of your space, you can learn more about those types of grants here.

Ready to start making the changes that will help bring your store to world-class level? The last day to apply for a Wizards Play Network Improvement Grant in 2020 is November 27. Apply now!
