Promotional Material Kits: Marketing Made Easy

Ahead of most Magic: The Gathering and select Dungeons & Dragons releases, WPN stores receive a marketing kit designed to help advertise products and programs and to drive player excitement and participation. Marketing kits include a high-impact poster and other advertising materials, as well as seasonal event materials like promo cards to help you keep your community engaged.

The Events & Promos Overview articles for each set found on the WPN website are your best source for details on seasonal kit contents and how to use them. On the site, search for "Events & Promos Overview." Inside these articles you'll find information on promos and other seasonal items, what's new and unique for the set, and a look at seasonal events with tips on how to run them.

Digital Marketing Assets: Downloads to Level Up Your Promotions

WPN offers a suite of digital marketing assets, also known as DMAs, to help you showcase Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons events and products.

You'll find high-quality, downloadable assets like product shots, logos, key artwork, posters, or banners, and social media graphics that are ready to use in both digital and print media; use them to boost your online presence (social media assets provide space where you can include dates and details promoting your events) and in-store marketing with ease. DMAs save you time when integrating with your marketing efforts and maintain consistency across your promotional channels.

New DMAs are added with each major release, ensuring your marketing materials stay current and aligned with the latest Wizards of the Coast has to offer. When we publish the First Look for a new set, you'll find DMA essentials like product shots, key art, and logos available to help you quickly build online product pages and start driving preorders. Then, with a set's Debut, a more robust array of DMAs become available to support event sign-ups, play, and sales in stores leading up to launch and after during the play season.

WPN Marketing Portal: Your Go-To for Custom Store Materials

The WPN Marketing Portal is a self-service, print-on-demand platform designed for WPN retailers in the US, Canada, Guam, and Puerto Rico. It enables stores to order customized marketing materials for Magic: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons with delivery in 7–10 business days. Choose from a wide range of materials—from posters, banners, and flyers to window clings, sidewalk signs, and tension fabric displays—and then personalize them to grab attention and advertise your events.

You'll save when ordering customized materials in larger quantities, and WPN Premium members in applicable regions receive a $300 each season to put toward their orders. Note that promotional marketing credits expire at the end of each season and do not roll over from set to set, so be sure to use them!

The WPN Marketing Portal features new offerings with each major release, and you'll find evergreen materials that can be used any time no matter the current release and season.

How to Access the WPN Marketing Portal

WPN stores the US, Canada, Guam and Puerto Rico can access the WPN Marketing Portal by visiting https://wpn.collaterate.com/. Account setup information can be found in your store's WPN welcome email. If you have difficulty logging in, use the "Forgot Password" feature on the portal's login page to recover your login credentials.

If you have an issue with an existing order on the WPN Marketing Portal, navigate to the “Orders” screen, find the order in question, and send a message using the “Messages” tool to get the quickest response. If you continue to have issues, please contact Retail Support for assistance.
