Follow this step-by-step guide to order customizable marketing materials using the WPN Custom Marketing Materials Portal.
The WPN Custom Marketing Materials Portal allows you to access customizable, print-on-demand marketing materials for your store through a partnership with Donnelly. The guide below walks you through the steps you need to place an order.
The WPN Custom Marketing Materials Portal is currently only accessible to WPN Premium locations in North America, using the associated Wizards account. More regions may be added in the future. Retailers outside of North America will not be able to access the site at this time.
That's all you need to do to successfully place an order through the WPN Custom Marketing Materials Portal!
A few days after you’ve placed an order, tracking information will become available within the WPN Custom Marketing Materials Portal. To find your tracking information, navigate to “Order History,” then select the “Order Search” dropdown.
Using the search function, you can select search criteria and a date range to access tracking information when it becomes available.
When will your order arrive? All orders are shipped to arrive one week prior to Prerelease.
When adding items to your cart, please keep in mind that Complimentary Materials and Purchase Materials orders cannot be combined; if you want to make additional purchases after redeeming your Complimentary Materials, you must make a separate order on the site.
For example, if you have Complimentary Materials in your cart, you will no longer be able to see Purchase Materials in the portal. You must either clear your cart or finish placing your order to access the Purchase Materials.
During checkout, some items in your cart may not show pricing. Click the “Update Cart” button and pricing will populate for all Purchase Materials in your cart.
