After helping 59 stores in the U.S. and Canada improve their stores with Retail Improvement Grants, we're thrilled to open the program in the UK, France, Germany, and Italy so even more retailers can knock out their most ambitious projects.

If you aren't familiar, Retail Improvement Grants help you pay for improvements to your store. If your project is accepted, the grant will cover up to half of your project's cost up to a maximum of 4000€—you do not need to reimburse us for the grant!

If you're pursuing Premium, applying for a Retail Improvement Grant should be at the top of your to-do list.

To qualify for a European Retail Improvement Grant, you must:

• Have street access if applying for construction or remodel projects


• Be part of the WPN for at least 6 months


• Meet 80% of the WPN Premium Quality Checklist requirements


• Provide professional before and after photos


• Provide POS data


• Accept a secret shopper before and after improvements are made

1. Fill Out a Short Application Form

We’re asking only the most important questions in the Retail Improvement Grant Application:

• Which type of grant do you want?


• What do you want to do with it?

Select which grants you would like and type up a brief explanation of your project.

You can apply for furniture, design, and construction grants simultaneously. But, if you're applying for an operational improvement grant, please only select the operational improvement grant on the application form.

Hit submit, and you'll receive an email letting you know the application is in our system.

2. Work with Design Agency Sitelines to Complete Your Project

Next, we'll be checking that you've met all the requirements to qualify. We'll contact you either to confirm that we've passed your completed application on to Sitelines, the design agency managing the renovation project and distributing grants, or to clarify why you did not qualify.

If Sitelines accepts your project, you will work with one of their project managers to make the proposed changes so you can enjoy your new and improved store!
