Hi, Maria Bartholdi here. I'm teaming up

with the Wizards Play Network to explain

the Lost Legends promotion, box toppers and a few of our

favorite treatments for Dominaria United.

Dominaria United heralds a return to a beloved Magic world.

It's part rousing reunion and part

epic conflict with a pinch of paranoia

as the Phyrexians begin to make

their move. Fan favorite legends from across

the history of the plane take center stage and are highlighted

in two key ways: Lost Legends Cards and box toppers.

What are Lost Legends?

Approximately 3% of Dominaria United Collector

Boosters will contain a card from the 1994 set, Legends.

These cards are not reprints.

Instead, they're actual cards

printed in 1994 that are now in booster packs in 2022.

It's an opportunity for players

to get their hands on an incredible part of Magic's history.

While they appear in all languages

of Collector Boosters, the cards themselves are in English only.

Dominaria United box toppers reimagine classic characters

from Magic's history, with modern designs and new art.

There are 20 total new mechanically unique cards.

When opening a Set, Draft or Collector Booster display,

customers will find one traditional foil box topper card inside.

There are 19 creatures and one Planeswalker, with a rarity

breakdown of five uncommons, ten rares and five mythics.

Box toppers will always match the language of the box.

But that's not the only place you'll find box topper cards!

Each Collector Booster pack will contain at least one in non-foil or

foil etched and can contain up to three!

To best equip you for the Dominaria United release,

we wanted to show off a few of the epic treatments!

First off, Borderless Cards return

and can be found in Draft, Set and Collector Boosters.

All of the set's legendary

creatures can be found in gorgeous textured foils.

This new process adds a special sheen.

These cards can only be found in Collector Boosters.

Last but not least, feast your eyes on the Showcase basics.

These can be found in Draft

and Set Boosters with a foil in every Collector Booster.

The Lost Legends promotion, box toppers and incredible new

treatments will make Dominaria United a historic release.
